About Pam Bateson
Pam Bateson is an expert coach, consultant and trainer with 22 years experience working at senior and board level in both the private and public sectors. She has held managerial positions across a wide variety of sectors including retail (J Sainsbury and Asda), hotels (Crest and Forte), NHS (Carlisle Hospitals Trust) and manufacturing (Pinney’s of Scotland, Unigate/Uniq plc).
Her key strength is helping people and teams to achieve personal growth and development, ensuring greater alignment to business objectives invariably adding value to their roles. Whilst at Pinney’s, she helped transform the business from loss to profit through the creation and implementation of a complex organisational redesign programme. At Carlisle Hospitals she was instrumental in implementing the change programme associated with 4th wave trust status in her role as head of training & organisational change. Pam has been running Zinnia since 1999, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development, a trained coach and teacher.
